How it Works

  • Complete Thine's Entry-Level Assessment

    Create an account and complete our competency based assessment. The assessment consists of 180 statements and should take around 15 minutes to complete. You should answer the questions authentically and not overthink your responses.

  • Discover your Core Competencies

    You will receive a custom report that identifies your core competencies and growth opportunities. Explore how you can leverage these in interviews and your long-term professional development.

  • Showcase your Strengths

    You will be able to select which of our participating firms see your results. Firms can see the areas where a candidate excels and use this information as they consider who they are inviting into their entry-level recruiting process.
