Marcia currently works as a Senior Coach and Consultant at See Clear Coaching. In her role, she supports mid- and senior-level professionals as they navigate leading teams, mapping out their lives after law practice, and other career transitions.

Most recently, Marcia served as the Assistant Dean of the Office of Career Strategy for one of the largest law schools in the country, Georgetown Law. Before her role at Georgetown, Marcia was one of the founding principles of Shannon & Manch, a consulting firm focused on lawyer career and professional development with offices in Washington, DC, New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Marcia is the managing editor and co-author of The Lawyer's Career Management Handbook: Your Bridge to a Satisfying Career (West, 2010). She has published widely and is a frequent speaker on a range of topics relating to careers in the legal profession.
