Dr. Larry Richard, JD, PhD is recognized as the leading expert on the psychology of lawyer behavior. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Dr. Richard was a litigator for ten years before earning his PhD in Psychology from Temple University. Since then, he has gathered and analyzed personality data on thousands of lawyers.

In 2011, he launched his own consulting firm, LawyerBrain LLC, which has provided consulting services to many of the top law firms and major corporate law departments in the areas of leadership, change management, and talent selection and development.
