David currently is a Partner Of Counsel at White & Case. Over the course of his 39 years at the firm, David has held a number of other key leadership roles within White & Case, including his previous tenures as the Firm's Vice Chair, Administrative Partner, New York Office Executive Partner, Partnership Committee member, an Executive Committee member, and chair of the US growth team.

In his practice, David represents major commercial and investment banks in complex lending transactions, in particular acquisition and highly-leveraged financings. He is widely recognized in numerous guides as a leading practitioner in the field of banking and finance and is the former head of the Firm's Americas Banking Section.
